This is me and the new shampoo and conditioner I'm trying. Solid shampoo and conditioner from Lush.

My aunt was here for the weekend and it was awesome. Also, I'm happy that my room is feeling clean. I have the space heater. I have antibiotics and I have awesome friends. So. I'm off to do more cleaning before it's time for Meghan to be off work and us to be awesome.

    Time to go green, yo.

    Chicken necks?

So. We flew in Tuesday and got completely messed up. We watched TAI and were disappointed in their performance. I'm sorry you're such an enormous cockface, William.

He looked about 3 days old.

We met the usual type of randoms and then came back to the apartment and tweaked for eight and a half years.

I might be drunk right now. Whatevs, it's evening somewhere in the world and I'm on <I>vacation<i>. Yeah, I tried drunk html.

Tonight is cobra, ftsk, and an afterparty at republic? Je ne sais pas. Time for a smoke and picking up more mix. Vahdka lemonade, please and thank you.

Remember, you're only as big as your imagination. So continue to box yourself in while I wander the plains of africa and hunt big game for sport.

Oh, one more thing: I might also be an asshole. SURPRISE!

Instead of sleeping, I'm on my blog. Again. This is not a surprise as I really only seem to figure out what I want to say after 11 p.m. I got something off my chest to a friend recently and it felt really good. I've always liked to think our friendship can withstand anything and now I truly, truly believe it can. Here's to you and your poker face, baby. Thank you for the call today, you don't know how badly I needed it.

I'm on Week 3 of my transit experiment. I took my first taxi-ride home from the theatre last night. I guess it's really stopped becoming an experiment and started becoming a total reality. It's nice. I really like it in this weather, even when it rains on my way around at lunch.

I thought tonight about going to the WA Warped, but I'm instead going to the LA one. I'd say "Fuck LA", but I already have my flights booked and I'm meeting up with the best people down there. I'd also say "I'll just do both", but I'm going to be in Vancouver two weeks before. I'd say "Fuck it, I'll do all three", but I can't for the life of me figure out how I'd get to the Gorge.

That reminds me, MF, I'll likely be booking my Vancouver trip soon. I wish I could be out there now. I miss you more than I miss being seventeen.

I'm kind of anal about the order of my books. They go alphabetical by author and then alphabetical by book title. Tonight, I was putting away The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks and I noticed I was missing one of my Dave Eggers books. I cannot find A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius! I do not know where it went, at all. I can only think of a few people I loan books to and I don't think any of them have it? If that's the case, I haven't actually had it with me for two years and it's currently sitting somewhere in my aunt's house in Edmonton. I knew living in that city for a month was a bad idea. Oh well, if I have to replace it, I have to. Shit happens.

I'm currently on Week 2 of my transit experiment. I'm still enjoying it, though I'm sure that will change once the weather turns nasty in the city. Today, I sat on the train and read about twenty pages of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night. I'm enjoying that quite a bit. I'm not sure what I'm going to go with after I read that, but it'll be amusing as well.

I'm slowly depleting my massive reading list. Unfortunately, it's still going far too slow for my liking. I think what I'm going to do as a goal next year is get one of those "100 Books You Should Read" lists and try to get through all hundred of them in a year.

Instead of sleeping, I'm blogging and looking at other blogs. I wonder what people will think in twenty years when they think about us using blogs. Will they look at it the same way I look at writing in a paper journal? That is to say, will they think it's a romantic notion but find it difficult to keep up with and ultimately impossible to commit to?

Hm. Also, I'm avoiding the new Indiana Jones movie. I'm not into it, guys.
